Secure Residential Treatment Facility

Our Restoration Center is a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) located in Central Point, Oregon, serving individuals from all over the state of Oregon. The Restoration Center is a 16-bed facility that specializes in providing stabilization to individuals who are experiencing symptoms that are related to a mental health disorder. At the Restoration Center, staff provide client-centered services in a home-like environment including individual and group therapy, social skills groups, medication management, and case management. Residents at the Restoration Center are offered the opportunity to gain skills that will allow them to move into a non-secure level of care in the future, while remaining in a safe and therapeutic environment. Each resident has their own room for privacy, and they enjoy a common area for socialization.  The Restoration Center staff supports residents' dietary needs and cooking skills by offering meals and snacks, where residents can participate in meal planning and preparation. Residents also enjoy community social skills outings with staff, which introduces them to community resources and attractions. The Restoration Center is a goal-based program, and participating residents remain in treatment as long as it is therapeutically necessary to meet their goals.

Residential Treatment Home

Our Restoration Homes are non-secure Residential Treatment Homes (RTH) with locations in Beaverton, Central Point, and Medford, Oregon, serving individuals from all over the state of Oregon. Our Restoration Homes are a 5-bed treatment program  providing behavioral health treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. RTHs are a level of care intended to be a step-down from secure locations such as the State Hospital and SRTFs. RTHs allow residents to have open access to the community. Residents who are coming from a secure setting will likely encounter new challenges once they have access to the community, such as struggling with maintaining sobriety and adhering to their treatment progress. Qualified staff work with residents through treatment groups, one-on-one training, and supported community outings to identify those barriers to their success. The goal of treatment at our Restoration Homes is to teach our residents the skills they need to overcome those barriers and live more independently with their mental illness.

Adult Foster Home

Our Adult Foster Homes (AFH) are a 5-bed, home-like treatment setting that specializes in specific support and assistance to residents living with severe and persistent mental illness. AFH supports individuals who are stabilized on medications and are actively participating in outpatient treatment services. Our AFH Restoration Homes provide medication management, skills training, assist with scheduling rides, support staying connected with community services, and provide prompts for Activities of Daily Living, as needed. The goal of treatment at our AFHs is to assist clients in transitioning to their individual goals for successful living, either with their families, roommates, or independently. We support each resident in achieving a quality of life that feels meaningful and manageable to them, in a way that honors their individual pace and journey.
