Secure Residential Treatment Facility

Our Restoration Center is a Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) located in Central Point, Oregon, serving individuals from all over the state of Oregon. The Restoration Center is a 16-bed facility that specializes in providing stabilization to individuals who are experiencing symptoms that are related to a mental health disorder. At the Restoration Center, staff provide client-centered services in a home-like environment including individual and group therapy, social skills groups, medication management, and case management. Residents at the Restoration Center are offered the opportunity to gain skills that will allow them to move into a non-secure level of care in the future, while remaining in a safe and therapeutic environment. Each resident has their own room for privacy, and they enjoy a common area for socialization. The Restoration Center staff supports residents' dietary needs and cooking skills by offering meals and snacks, where residents can participate in meal planning and preparation. Residents also enjoy community social skills outings with staff, which introduces them to community resources and attractions. The Restoration Center is a goal-based program, and participating residents remain in treatment as long as it is therapeutically necessary to meet their goals.

Residential Treatment Home

Our Restoration Homes are non-secure Residential Treatment Homes (RTHs) located in Beaverton, Central Point, and Medford, Oregon, serving individuals from across the state. Each home is a five-bed treatment program providing behavioral health services for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

RTHs are designed as a step-down level of care from secure settings such as the State Hospital and SRTFs, while allowing residents open access to the community. Individuals transitioning from secure settings may encounter new challenges, including maintaining sobriety and sustaining treatment progress.

Qualified staff support residents through treatment groups, one-on-one skill development, and supervised community outings to identify and address barriers to success. The goal of treatment at Restoration Homes is to equip residents with the skills needed to overcome these barriers and live more independently while managing their mental illness.
